"Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. I will say, Hannah was a great host. She was very friendly and accomodating when we arrived. Also, we left our jackets in our room when we checked out. We had to come back by on our way home and stopped by to see if they had been turned in. YES! We got them back! "

"As soon as I walked in the place smelled like weed. They later tried to mask it with air freshner that didnt work. The carpet in the hallways were stained to the point of no return or maybe they NEVER TRIED to revive them. It was under construction with plywood exposed. Once I walked into the room it was nice and seemed to be up to date. My husband starts the room check(pulling off the sheets and blankets checking for bed bugs and mites) none of those were present but we did find that the blankets and sheets were dirty. Stains that clearly didnt come out when bleached. The tub handle fell off as soon as we tried to shower. I can say they did send someone up to fix it right away. The carpet in the room didnt seem to be vacuumed before we got there. The desk chair was not steady. When you sit in it, the chair lays back as if it was a recliner. I doubt that was suppose to happen. Debris from the construction was laying along the side door which was the entrance we used because it was closer to our room. The trash at that entranced was overflowing. So much so people started putting their trash on the opposite side of the entrance where there was no trash can at all. I chose this place with the thought of we would be spending most of the time out of the room and didnt want to spend that much money. You get what you pay for I get it, but this.... I would not recommend."

"The room was clean. I stopped for one night on my way from Georgia to PA with my kids. Picked it for price and pool. Only complaint I have is when we were at breakfast an hour before I breakfast was over. Things did not get refilled the coffee was empty and the bread was empty. So my family ate eggs with no bread and well we were a bit cranky with no coffee. I was going to ask the girl in the kitchen area but when she filled the waffle maker she had headphones on and then was sitting eating once I found her again. "

"Hotel did not honor the reservation i paid for and placed a week in advance. They let a guest extend their stay instead. Initially downgraded from a King Suite w/ whirlpool to a queen dbl w/out tub and offered 20 in lobby food."
