"We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The putting green was a fun touch, and the guest handbook made check-in and settling in easy. We loved having multiple areas to relax, and the kitchen was well stocked with the bonus of filtered water. The host was very communicative and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"It was amazing! We are from Colorado so having the pool and hot tub right outside the back door was wonderful! The house was immaculate. The air conditioning worked great and the amenities were awesome! Wade was wonderful! Any questions we had, he addressed immediately! Not that there were many, he was extremely informative about anything we would need to know about the house. If we find ourselves in Phoenix again, there is no question about where we stay again and I will definitely recommend this property to any friends!"

"This house had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway to see family in the Mesa area. The instructions were clear and we loved all the little notes around the house. My mother especially appreciated the crucifix in the main bedroom. The only issue was that we couldn't get the number pad on the garage door to work when we first arrived, but we got into the house using the key and had the garage door opener for the remainder of our stay. Unlike dealing with a typical management company, you’ll be renting from thoughtful, local owners who go above and beyond. Their communication is excellent, and the home is stocked with everything you could need. The pride they take in their property is evident in the impeccable condition of the house, the serene backyard pool, and the tranquil garden oasis.Nestled in a peaceful/gated neighborhood, you’ll have access to amenities like pools, hot tubs, and pickleball/basketball courts, golf all while being conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The home is ideal for two to three couples or a small family, and elder adults will appreciate the one-level home and thoughtful safety features, like grab bars in the restrooms.
