"I arrived at the hotel but unfortunately I had not received a booking reference as I booked through Hotels.com which meant I couldn't do the online check in. This was very frustrating as I couldn't call the number at the front desk due to me having a UK phone. Fortunately I got through to someone from hotels.com and they contacted the property. I then tried to buy a coffee from the machine but for the entirety of my stay it wasn't working properly, however I was still able to purchase other items from the grab and go kiosk and scan items in. The lift had not been vacuumed which gave me a poor impression, however once I got to the room I was very pleased with the cleanliness inside, towels and room amenities. The TV had not been plugged in which was awkward to get to around the back but I was very happy about everything else. I did notice the ceiling is the only ugly thing in the rooms as it is pure concrete and looks like it hasn't been plastered over. When I left the property I still had the issue where I couldn't check out so left the card on the front desk in the hope that a member of staff would see it (it is unstaffed). This why my rating was 4 stars and not 5 stars."
"Well located with convenient parking. Opposite a huge park so didn’t feel like it was in a city. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Lots of dining options close by. Definitely recommended."
"The location between Scheveningen and Den Haag was excellent with convenient tram transport right outside the door.
The excellent breakfast and indoor pool were highlights for my wife and me."
"We had a great stay with the location being perfect! The staff too were super helpful and friendly.
I’m not a great reader of the small print so never pre-booked parking at the hotel but there is a parking garage right next to the hotel as an alternative which offers cheaper day rates if pre booked."
