"Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. We had a lakeside room but it overlooked the roof and was not an attractive sight with all the mess on it. Plus they were installing some kind of big unit so it was noisy. We wouldn’t have bothered with a lakeside room if we had known that was th view. I"

"We were under the impression our stay included breakfast. It didn’t. The facilities are lovely but room itself and buildings were not clean. Hallways weren’t vacuumed. Floors in room were not vacuumed… lots of “ crumbs” on carpet. "

"Walking distance to everything Lake Geneva…Enjoyed the quiet private yard…plenty of parking and great hot water…ping pong was a lot of fun and there was plenty of storage if you decide to stay long term….Only used our car once…"

"The house was amazing. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Directions for house use and checkout were listed at the entrance. And communication was easy leading up to the Stay. We loved the hot tub!"

"House was great! Plenty of space and nice. We walked into town, but would uber back at end of evening. The walk along Main Street would be dicey in the dark. Great property!"

"Nice house and well maintained. Good curb appeal. Well stocked. Loved the deck. Suggestions: hang bedroom mirrors, put wastebaskets in bedrooms, better access to lower bathroom, perhaps more counter space in bedroom.Would stay here again - would like to see igloo."
