"Stayed in a suite. Bedroom TV not functional. Gym inaccessible by key card. No fruit on breakfast bar. Shower head dribbling out water."

They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. The morning/day time manager at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Georgia on May 3rd, was outstanding in how she handled our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!"

"It was a decent hotel for a couple of days. The AC seems really outdated and couldn't maintain the rooms temperature very well. I had to wait to check in because there was no one at the front desk, then when I needed to check out there was also no one at the front desk."
