"While the property itself was a bit dated, it was perfectly comfortable. The price of the room was very reasonable last-minute compared to our alternatives so I wasn't expecting shiny luxury. The staff was super helpful. My husband and I appreciated the availability of beach towels and discount access to the beach, and also used the outdoor shower to rinse off our feet of sand before leaving. "Very clean, excellent host who was always available, convenient parking in the driveway, and a great backyard and garden! Very close to the beach and shops and restaurants in Pier Village, so you could walk there and bring the provided beach chairs and umbrella which is very convenient. Would stay again if in the area!"

"I stayed for two nights during a work conference. The space is so cozy and cute. I had a very restful and peaceful stay at this home. The owners are on site and available if you have any questions. It is close to the beach if you want to go for a quiet walk. I ordered take out one night and cooked the other night. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to make a nice dinner. The patio is a huge plus. That’s where I had dinner at sunset. This trip was exactly the recharge I needed while still working. I will definitely stay here every time I have to travel for work."

"We enjoyed our stay at Annette's place. Check in was easy and Annette stopped by to introduce herself and offer any assistance if needed. The duplex apartment is very clean and tidy. There are added details throughout to make the place feel like a home away from home. The kitchen includes all the cleaning and paper products you need, along with coffee and filters for the coffee maker. The beds are comfortable! It was nice to have the extra 1/2 bath on the first floor. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes and there is a lot to do in the area. Our beach time was pretty much rained out and the apartment made for a comfortable retreat for playing board games, cooking a meal or two, and watching TV. We managed to catch a few sunny hours and enjoyed lunch on the deck. I would stay at Annette's place again!"

"Overall pleased with the condition of VRBO. However, the property has a distinctively sour and musty smell throughout the house. Smelled strongly like a combination of a cat litter box and musty / damp rug. Was pretty overwhelming on Sunday after significant rain."
