"This home is absolutely spectacular, warm, and inviting. It is incredibly well kept inside and out. There are several beautiful features that enhanced our stay, including the covered gazebo with an inviting fireplace and outdoor couches, as well as the sauna and steam room. Communication with Meriam was easy, and she was accessible and kind throughout our time there. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this home in Woodland Hills. Simply beautiful."

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa Sausalito, the outside Pool area was great, with plenty of seating and dining area. Loved the fresh oranges.!! The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Woodland Hills, close to a plethora of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to beaches and various LA attractions.The villa is very spacious has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The furnishings and accessories are high end quality, everything and everywhere is very clean. Communication with Bobby was first class and he responds very promptly, he is a true professional who excels at providing high quality service. He goes the extra mile to ensure that you have a great vacation. We definitely enjoyed our time at the villa and we have no hesitation in recommending, we certainly plan to return again ."

"I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home as it provided a calm, quiet, and peaceful experience. The private guest house with its own private covered parking space that can easily fit 2 vehicles led to an adorned solid Oak Wooden door with secured access. I enjoyed the full living room space with its entertainment options and multiple lounging options. The full kitchen and dining table led to French double doors that opened the pathway to the gorgeous Oasis of a back yard that had a view only seen in movies. Outside there are many places to lounge and sit down to enjoy the sun rise and sunset with a warm cup of coffee. The pool cleanliness and temperature was just right and enjoyed throughout my stay. Also included was a comfortable and cozy large size room and bathroom that I enjoyed. The host was very kind and respectful to our privacy as I was celebrating Valentine’s Day there. It was an awesome and warming experience. I would highly recommend this location."
