"The room was clean, staff very nice. The place has been fixed up a lot from when we stayed there 2 years ago under different owners. The bathroom door did not close tight, and the room chairs were worn, over all for the cost rated good just needs a bit more touching up here and there."

"This house was in an excellent location and the pool was a huge plus. Located in a quiet and private area. The house itself needs some updating and fixing appliances but overall, I would stay here again. The host was very responsive to the issues."

"Pros - good value for price - comfortable beds - 30 minute drive from beach - quiet and safe neighborhood - 10 minute walk to marina - window ac units - dog friendly - WiFi and streaming for movies - functional kitchen Cons - dirty dishes, silverware, pots and pans in cabinets - bedroom doors do not latch - dirty underwear and trash left on deck - mildewy porch furniture- incredibly small shower - foliage near driveway makes backing out difficult with minimum visibility - cramped kitchen - unreliable oven; smokes when preheating"
