"Classic property with lots of history. Loved the outdoor terrace overlooking the Parliament buildings. We stopped by for an evening tea and when done, we asked for the bill. The server said with a smile, “there’ll be no bill “ - a very classy gesture we’ll remember for a long time. A small concern The walls on the third floor are thin so we could hear entire conversations from the room next door (we were in 365). They happened to talk a lot - late and early - so it affected our sleep and enjoyment of our stay."

"The location was great! You think it will be loud from the planes, but not at all- minimal noise. The room was super clean and simple! The bed was surprisingly comfortable! The gym on the second floor was well kept with filtered-water fountain. Also, the room had the complimentary Nespresso virtuo pods. Great start to the morning! One thing that staff should know is that the shower head was too close to the shower booth glass and high up, that the water splashed on the bathroom floor quite a bit. Other than that, the stay was excellent!"
