"No bed covers provided. Pillows were plastic and like concrete. Door did not lock properly. Sofa was torn and had holes in it. No hot water from the shower."

"Service was terrible, tv ancient and not work at all, food finished earlier than advertised so had to walk to nearby restaurant which was a bonus on main road and out of crap hotel, dont bother"

"There were no VIP benefits available. The only issue I had was trying to contact them for a shuttle from the airport to hotel. On the flip side they was already there waiting for me. In other words if you stay here, just relax, the staff will take care of you. Definitely stay here again when I come back. "
