"Breakfast was warm, plentiful, and a welcome start to the long days at the park. Our room was great for a group of six of us and not feeling like we were crowded at all. "

"I attend a yearly conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. I have previously stayed at the Ramada due to its convenient proximity to the convention center, basic comfort and cleanliness. Everything was fine until midnight of my second night when drainage water from rooms above me backed up into my bathroom sink and flooded my room. The hotel was fully booked and had no other room for me. The only thing they could do was get me a room in a sister property two miles away. I had to pack up, drive. to the other hotel and finally get to. bed past 2:00 AM. Barely got 3 to 4 hours of sleep before having to be at my conference by 7:30 AM. To his credit, the manager did offer me a two nights refund and gave me a room on the third floor for my last night. I like this hotel. I suppose that plumbing disasters can happen anywhere. I just wish that they would keep one or two rooms free for such eventualities. If I return to this property I will make sure to request a room on an upper floor."

"Front desk upon check in was a bit poor but other than that all was good. "

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pull out couch bed didnt have any bedding so we had to ask to have some brought up and we had to make it ourselves. The hot tub was nice ans hot but the pool was cold. Parking was horrible and never any infront so we always had to park far in the back. Not to mentian parking was $30 per night which is ridiculous. "
