"We missed the breakfast time by 30 minutes."

"The staff is courteous, polite, very helpful with every need you may have, they go out of their way to accommodate you. The valet parking is wonderful and they always open your car door and meet you at hotel door to open it as well. As far as the food goes, I’ve mostly ordered my food from the hotel menu and have to say everything has been very good! I traveled with a 13 lb multipoo and a small parrot and the only downside was having to cross 2 streets for the dog to go potty, I’m in my late 60’s so was a little uncomfortable in late night early morning hours as this Hotel is downtown so there are a lot of vocal homeless people out in the area But I would defiantly stay here again just wouldn’t bring my dog."

"Nice place to stay that’s currently undergoing renovations. The staff was very friendly, and it fit well within the budget. Some improvements that would enhance the experience include adding an elevator, providing luggage carts, replacing the carpet, and doing some general interior painting. The outdoor pool area is amazing, with gazebos and plenty of places to sit and relax. The hot tub was down during our stay due to maintenance, but the pool area itself was still a great feature. There are also food spots and bars nearby, and the area felt safe to walk around—I didn’t notice a large unhoused presence. Overall, the rooms were nice and spacious, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who understands it is still in the remodeling phase."

"The Wifi was down when we arrived and we couldn't get a room key. We had to leave someone in the room to let the other in. The room smelt like pet urine and the bed was uncomfortable. "

"Our room was good for our stay lobby was nice and staff at breakfast were helpful , nicely equipped and clean however truely outdated needs remodeling peeling wallpaper and smelled of old smoke we had a back room in last hallway baby was crying in a room across the hall with apparently no help or care very uncomfortable , dogs barking in another room early am , elevator was clunky and shaky I think some improvements would improve this nice place tremendously. Super nice area and neighborhood close to stores and convenient "
