"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

"Lovely owner & lovely grounds. Sadly the shower cut out every time we used it resulting in a blackout of electricity. Sometimes this would return after 2 minutes sometimes 10 minutes. We stayed 9 days. "

"This hotel experience is not reflective of the price and we checked out several days early as had quite simply had enough. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. "Hotel was clean - a little dated but well kept. Staff was friendly. Right in the Ping River, not really walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc so you’ll need transportation. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options."

"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"
