9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean. The staff were rude on many occasions. They seemed very uninterested in being helpful overall. The pool and view are very nice

8.8/10 Excellent! (915 reviews)
This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend. The staff was so accommodating and rooms were immaculate with all the amenities. I wished we could have stayed more than one night! Nice dinner at Bidder Terrace rooftop as well.
