"Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. The bathroom does not separate the shower, toilet, and sink as a 3 star hotel would usually do. As somebody described, it's more like big common rooms with individual rooms in them.
