"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. "The room was clean and comfortable. While there is no air conditioning, the fan cools the room down nicely after a little while. The shower area is a bit narrow, but still acceptable. My family of 6 experienced exceptional dinner and breakfast service from Hridoy, the restaurant waiter. There are also great amenities and activities for both adults and kids. I will definitely be returning next time when I’m back at Cameron Highlands."

Great location, comfortable environment, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Cameron Highlands. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was comfortable but the best is the new linen and fluffy new towels."
