"The room felt humid and damp the whole time we were there and there were ants around the air conditioner and window. We notified the front desk but they said because we booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t do anything to make up for our bad accommodations."

"There was something sticky on the phone which got all over my ear. It was very disturbing. I went to the front desk to report it and was treated very rudely. Basically, the person said they could refund my room and go elsewhere. Since I had just driven nine hours to get there, I wasn’t about to do that. I went to take a shower to clean myself from the phone situation, all I had was scolding HOT water. I will never stay here again!!"
