"Rooms have been renovated, however, the pool and hot tub could have been cleaner and updated. The rooms were small, but clean. They ran out of pool towels several days. The staff were very nice, beds were comfortable, and the food and drinks were good."

"1500 words is not enough space for me to describe my experience at Gaylord. I was there for my daughter's national beta club convention. I had not planned to attend however, one of the chaperones had to cancel at the last minute. The size of this place is very intimidating. However, the signage, the layout, and logistics are well planned and placed. The staff are nothing short of phenomenal. I wish I could remember the names of those I encountered who assisted me throughout my stay. Check-in was crazy, especially since I had not made any previous arrangements as I had not planned to come however, the checkin staff was nothing short of amazing and helping me get everything set up. they were about 9000 kids there during this week for the convention along with other guests. The property is gorgeous and was always clean. There were many places to eat all during the day and night. The prices in the markets were extremely high but comparable to a resort of the size. However, I saw a lot of people who brought their own coolers with sandwiches , snacks & drinks. The place is very big. They have maps all around. I am not a mapreader; I suggest wearing comfortable shoes, put the map down and just walk and look around to learn the layout. I wish I could think of the name of the young man who checked me in- he was very professional and solution centered."

"The property is beautiful and staff is friendly. You have to pay $30 a day for parking which is the only negative thing honestly. But overall great resort"

"This is the place to stay if you're coming to New Orleans to access the New Orleans Passport Center. It's in a conjoined building attached to the hotel and you barely need to walk outside from the hotel to access it. It's also convenient to the French Quarter and the streetcar routes. The amenities in the Expedia package, which included daily passes for the streetcars and the guided tour of the French quarter, were appreciated. The Observatory 11 bar provides a great view of the river. The breakfast prices were, frankly, quite high, although the food was quite good but there are other breakfast places close by. Overall, we were happy with our stay there."

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We also appreciated the great amenities and the peaceful environment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and value."
