"Room was very clean but in disrepair, sink was undermount and was falling away, the dresser drawers were broken. The fire alarms went off one night and there was no direction or explanation from the staff. The breakfast was very good with many options."

The front desk welcomes you as if you were family from the moment you walk in and goes above and beyond to accommodate creating a wonderful customer experience. "The room was very clean and spacious. The bed's memory foam mattress was super comfortable. Bathroom large and clean. Kitchen was well equipped, except for one thing which in my opinion was missing: it didn't have an electric kettle so I couldn't boil water to make a cup of tea or to prepare oatmeal in the morning.The coffee maker, Nespresso machine, unfortunately doesn't have a boiled water function in it so it can't be used to make hot water. I managed to boil water in a pot which was OK but slightly annoying. Free parking is available onsite which is a plus but it fills up quickly because many spots are reserved for the restaurant's patrons. The hotel's front desk can provide their guests with an underground garage pass which solves the problem in case the parking lot is full. Residents and staff are very nice and helpful. I've enjoyed my stay and highly recommmend it. "
