"The property was excellent for a quiet weekend getaway. The setting was in back of a gated community and the area surrounding the B&B was wooded which added to the sense of privacy. The private hot tub in our suite was well maintained and a perfect place to relax in evening. The breakfast options were great and the two we selected were well prepared and quite tasty. "

"Great option that’s walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops on the square. The private gated parking lot and keypad entrance made it feel secure. The room was huge - it felt like we had our own apartment in town! "

"I had to plan ahead a stay in Tyler Texas to be in a more comfortable setting before undergoing cataract surgery at Heaton Eye Associates in Tyler Texas. Fairfield Inn was spot on! Staff VERY COURTEOUS and helpful, above and beyond! Not gonna lie, tv options via cable very limited. I hope they improve tv options. I Suggest bringing your own personal soaps/shampoos if skin sensitive. Breakfast Very good, clean, well stocked, hospitable service. Will definitely be staying here again! "

"This motel is a very economical and a clean choice. The rooms are well maintained. Parking is in front. It is very quiet. The televisions in each room are large and have a good selection of channels. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. My son and I enjoyed staying there."
