"The breakfast was fresh and good tasting."

"We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for its convenience. This time, when booking a room for our family of four (two adults and two children), I specifically selected a room that included breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that breakfast was not included in our booking. I had to search through my emails to show them the confirmation that clearly stated breakfast was included. Even then, they only provided breakfast vouchers for two people instead of four. When I questioned this, they explained that the room rate only includes breakfast for two guests. This raises the obvious question: if the room is intended for four people, why does the included breakfast only cover half the occupants? The staff member was quite unhelpful throughout the interaction. It doesn’t make sense that a family room for four people only comes with breakfast vouchers for two."

"We enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again next year for our soccer games. Breakfast bar was a bonus. My wife enjoyed the omelets."

"Staff was untrained. Front desk woman was falling asleep/ nodding off on Sat. morning. Asst. Manager does not know customer service. Housekeepers cannot understand English. I was sick for 6 days with pneumonia and was TOLD to check out a day early with NO REASON. My bank flagged my card for Fraud since no staff checked me out of my reservation on 3/6/26. The Hampton Inn, Waltham STILL HAD AN OPEN reservation for me 5 days AFTER I was TOLD to leave. Unprofessional and untrained staff with zero customer service skills to solve problems. "

"Nice stay. Good location. Reasonable price. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Not amazing but not too bad. If i ever come back up to Boston i would stay there again. There's a lot in walking distance including a mall. If you're trying to save money and don't want to shell out the cost to stay in downtown Boston then I'd recommend this place. Traffic going into the city is bad though so factor that in for your timing. "

"The hot tub was closed due to a child leaving feces in it. Very disappointed since I waited later in the day to use it to avoid children and found out at the time they were not being properly supervised. In the third floor laundry room there was a water basin that had constant dripping water and there was poop in it. The food and cocktails were fair to average. The service staff was about the best you could hope for. The room was fine, clean & very roomy. The table & chairs in the lounge/bar area need replacing. Chairs very wobbly & tables underneath are falling apart. Although my stay was fair, I would consider booking again. "

"The facility was under construction and there was no breakfast availbale nor were accommodations made. The price of the hotel stay increaded 40% from my prior booking. I will not stay there again."
