"The property did not work for us i believe it would but absolutely fine for others with pets 5 STAR RATING TO AMANDA THE MANAGER WHO WHEN OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP US GET WHAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE A COMFORTABLE STAY AND ANOTHER PROPERTY OF THEIR COMPANY THAT FIT OUR SPECIAL NEEDS THE CARE AND SERVICE SHE PROVIDED TO US WAS UNMATCHED EVER THANK YOU AMANDA KASSA IS LUCKY TO HAVE YOU WORKING FOR THEM"

"Everything about stay room breakfast was good our issues were with reservations and is not hotel fault we were there because loved one in near byhospital we made reservation for 3days not knowing what we needed shared that upon checkin well loved one was not ready to leave hospital yet tried to extend stay sold out we had to find elsewhere to stay not hotels fault fill rooms as you can.so we went elsewhere made reservations to return for more days as loved one still inhospital planning for sub acute care but unknown when wee made longer stay this time so we are not made to leave and sell out again. We did not need all the days as they moved loved one to 3 hours away could not get refund for unused days i can understand 1 day to cover cost if unable to rent and refund 2nd a3rd and 4th but none were we bought insurance this time and having difficulties on collecting still trying weeks later so while hotel is a nice place if you don't 100% know what you need buying on Expedia may not be best options i don't travel alot so i am sure many know how to handle things like this we did not and have our focus on our loved one and still trying to get our insurance to pay no luck so far so blossom got 3 days paid for room twice us and who every they rented to and i paid two hotels for same 3days Once again hotel was nice clean everything good but not flexible on reservations so recommend finding out how to get flexible reservations when travel is uncertain so you dont "

"No hot protein the first couple days of my stay for breakfast but the hotel was great. Staff was outstanding. I’m guessing when they are busier they have hot eggs and such everyday. I will come back again. My wife and I stayed for 3 days and had a view of the lake. First time in Traverse City and plan a return trip in the summer. Room was wonderful, location was perfect as well. "

"Everything was very nice. I did not take advantage of any of the amenities outside of our room. I was disappointed that I was charged a nightly resort fee of $21 for each day that I stayed. We did not take advantage of any of the other amenities such as the pool tennis courts or exercise room. I would’ve considered an alternate place to stay if I knew my total nightly charge was going to be increased for amenities that I was not using. "
