"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"This hotels lives up to its 5-star rating. First, this review is based on our stay in a Tower room. Yes, it will be cheaper considering you have to walk each day over to the main building for breakfast. Yet, if you don't mind the extra steps, it can be a great deal for a 5-star hotel if you get a good price. Even up on the 28th floor, you can hear the bullet train and metro passing most of the day. "Thoroughly enjoyed the Blossom. Staff was great and location is perfect with proximity to station and ginza shopping. So easy to walk around the neighborhood to find fantastic dinner options without a reservation. Room is certainly small but this extends to most rooms in Tokyo. We would stay here again no hesitation. "
"Really well located hotel for transport connections in the lively juxtaposition of Shimbashi and Ginza. Despitereally well located, the rooms, being consistent with the rest of Tokyo, are compact, but are also very quiet. I frequently visit Tokyo for business, and I'm going to make this my default hotel from now on."
