"The hotel is located just 5-10 mins away from Gare de Nord metro. There's basic coffee/tea machine in the reception tho it looks dull and old. The receptionist Marcus is welcoming which is good. Our room is on the 2nd floor with a view of the road.The room is decent size and comes with a kitchenette, with kitchen utensils.fridge/freezer .quite a few shops nearby which is handy.and bus stops It could be noisy at night due to nearby bars."

"Our stay at Le Grey Hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. We arrived on the first day of the riots and the staff were very attentive telling us which areas to avoid and how to stay safe. The room itself was very clean, modern and cosy. The beds were extremely comfy! We loved the robes and slippers, plus complimentary bits in the mini fridge. It was a great location for us to get to different places. We walked everywhere but it is close enough to major stations for the metro as well. Bourgogne Sud down the road was a delicious little French bistro with authentic food."

"Everything was adequate, just not spectacular. The staff were efficient and friendly. Everything was clean. The room was a little on the small side. There were a couple of chairs to sit on, but no comfortable seating to lounge on, just the bed. The breakfast was very good, if a little overpriced, but I suspect that's how it is at most Parisian Hotels. We didn't realize until we got there that they didn't offer daily room cleaning, as they are a 'residence.' We were there for 6 days and had our room cleaned once between days 3 and 4."
