The beautiful, large (3.5 x 7 m) pool invites you to swim and play. A large garden with playground is also available for sunbathing or playing. Ideally, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The pavilion and the sun island provide the necessary shade on the adjacent cozy terrace.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer .....
The bathroom has a lighted rain shower for a great refreshment.
Velvet paws welcome. Property completely fenced. (10 euros per night)
The large 55 '' TV in the living room is 3D capable, here also provides a pinball machine for a lot of fun.
Wi-Fi is available for a fee of 2.50 euros per day.
The price includes for 2 people bed linen and towels and bathrobe.
If you wish we can provide you with a laundry package (bed linen, towels, bathrobe, etc.) for 15 euros per pets. Everything ready for you if desired.)

Beautiful quiet stay in the countryside
We were staying here for the Challenge Roth triathlon. The location was ideal, only a short drive to the various venues. The small village was immaculately clean and well kept and extremely quiet. It was a very peaceful stay. The swimming pool and backyard lounging area was very nice. Access to this apartment was very easy from Munich airport. All the roads and highways around the area are very easy to drive and navigate.

Klasse Ferienwohnung mit tollen Pool und Garten
Wir hatten für 2 Wochen diese schöne, geräumige und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit Pool und Garten gemietet. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Tage waren sehr warm und der schöne saubere Pool sorgte für die nötige gelungene Abkühlung. Der Garten und Poolberech sind komplett umzäunt, so das unsere beiden Hunde sich problemlos frei bewegen konnten . Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, ob telefonisch oder persönlich, war stehts freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und hatten hier einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen und das Objekt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Entspannung pur mit tollem Pool
Schöne Ferienwohnung in der es einem an nichts fehlt. Der Pool wurde täglich und gerne genutzt was aufgrund der Überdachung auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter möglich war. Die Terasse ist liebevoll dekoriert und läd zum draußen Essen ein.

Wir waren im Juli 2022 hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem haben wir uns auch vom Alltagsstress erholt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (deutlich besser als wo anders) und der Pool natürlich genial. Der Vermieter möchte dass man sich wohl fühlt, das merkt man deutlich. Daher hier nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
