First floor:

- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Mezzanine :
- A sleeping area with 2 single beds (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 10m×5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to mid-October. Fenced and covered for safety.
- A beautiful 2,000 m² private garden surrounding the house, partially enclosed by a natural hedge.
- A 30 m² south-facing covered terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Thénac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
