Conveniently located on US Hwy 160 in Theodosia, Missouri and only 1.7 miles to the Bull Shoals public boat ramp and Theodosia Marina-Resort, this open floor plan studio cabin offers couples or small families (4) all the comforts of home including a gas log fire place, queen size bed, queen sofa bed and full kitchen. Quick access to the local grocery store, gas stations, hardware store and a variety places to shop. Catch a show in Branson less than an hour away or explore the nearby Glade Top Trail. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, utensils, cookware and a Kuerig coffee maker including coffee and hot chocolate k-cups. Plenty of seating with a full size sofa and leather recliner while watching a 43" smart TV capable of streaming your favorite apps. Enjoy roasting marshmallows or making s'mores in the custom rock fire pit. Recharge your boat batteries with an outdoor plug within easy access. Please inquire about boat parking before you book this property as the driveway is not a pull through; however, easily accommodates 25' boats. This location is not secluded.

Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed our 5 night stay . La Vese had everything well stocked so we could cook there. Very clean and very accommodating. We will be back

West side Anglers - Awesome!

We had an awesome stay - this wonderful little place was perfect for our needs; it is well appointed, nicely decorated, and well stocked.The host was fantastic, very good communication, very kind, and was generally interested in making sure we were well taken care of. Awesome!

Beautiful property, clean and neat. Plenty of room inside and out for a party of two, easy to access. The owner is very professional and responsive, made us feel at home. Already making plans for a return trip!

Little getaway

This cabin was just what we were looking for! My husband and I stayed here for a night away. This cabin was clean, cozy and in a good location. Our host was great, very friendly! She provided extra toiletries and even some delicious cupcakes. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic cabin.

I really enjoyed my weekend trip up to Theodosia. Out of everything available, this property was without a doubt the best place on the entire lake. Affordable, comfortable, and very well maintained. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cabin! The cabin was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was well stocked with paper products, kitchen wrap, baggies, bottled water, etc. There was even candy in a candy dish and fresh baked cookies in the fridge. The host's attention to detail is above and beyond. The location was perfect for us being minutes away from a grocery store and the marina. LaVese is super friendly and always responded within minutes. We could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Every, single aspect of this property was thought out. The cleanliness was without a doubt the cleanest rental property that i have ever had. The host was so kind & easy to communicate with. When you walk into this property all you need is your clothes & toothbrush. The host makes sure to make you feel right at home.

One of the best ever

My wife and I use VRBO about 3-4 times a year so we have experienced a large number of places. This is one of the best ones we have stayed. This property is well stocked and well thought out. Everything is super clean and easily accessed. Owners were super helpful and responsive. Extra water and Kcups for coffee. Even cookies in the fridge. This is an A++ property!

Awesome property. Very clean and well decorated. Owners created a welcoming atmosphere with all sorts of unique decor. Everything we needed and more! Check in was a breeze and the studio was roomy and comfortable. Full kitchen with all the works. We had such a nice, relaxing experience. Definitely going back. Comfortable stay!

We were only staying in the area for one night as we were passing through but would have been very comfortable for a longer time! LaVese was so kind and easy to work with. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, bedding, and kitchen provisions. Plenty of K cups and water bottles, too. The cabin is right on the main road through Theodosia and easy to find. We could have walked to dinner at the Mexican restaurant if it hadn't been as late as it was! Would not hesitate to recommend.
