Enjoying a quiet, elevated position, on the foothills of the breathtaking L'Esterel mountains. Here the landscape is at it's most dramatic , between St Rapahael and Cannes, jagged red rocks merge into the deep blue of the sea. There are truly Magnificent views overlooking the bay of Miramar and Cannes, our apartment is a fantastic base to explore the beauty of the Cote D'azur, the perfumed gardens of Provence and the wonderful beaches and restaurants of the small fishing village of Theoule Sur Mer.
Cannes is just a 10 minute drive away, Monte Carlo 1 hour, French Alps (90 mins away), or maybe visit St Tropez, take the boat from Theoule beach to Cannes or Monte Carlo, St Tropez, or the nearby magnificent Islands, The Ille De Lerrins and leave the car behind.
In the evenings have a BBQ and chill out in the private patio/garden with a bottle of wine (or two) and watch the ever changing colours of the sea, the mountains and the sky as the evening sun fades. If you like walking and hiking or mountain biking, then right behind the apartment are a network of mountain trails, through the Esterel Mountains. Nearby is the second deepest canyon in the world after the Grand Canyon, the spectacular Gorge Du Verdon.
Our surrounding area offers outdoor enthusiasts the best in walking, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, golf, or just sunbathing on the patio and the occasional cool down in the pool. We have plenty do in the apartment with a plethora of DVD's and CD's, games, acoustic guitar.....Have fun
At this point I'll hand you over to Norman Pseud.

All of this bathed in a myriad of golden rays. The generous sun streaming out of blue cloudless skies. Visitors dangle their feet in the deep blue sea and possibly visit the dolphins and whales, whilst contemplating, in the distance.... the snow capped mountains of the glorious French Alps, the long languorous bays of...........Sorry ....Ive just become too pretentious......
