This apartment, which is a maisonette on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The upper level, which is on the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, has a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two adults.

The bedroom has access to a balcony equipped with seating. On the lower level there is a private veranda with a table and chairs for sitting, as well as a small private garden which is accessed from the kitchen.
