"The location was amazing, so very close to the coliseum. 5-10 minute walking to most other monuments and museums. Perfect area. The home was lovely. Well equipped and nicely laid out. Kitchen was on first floor with a toilet. Second floor was living area with a fold out couch. Third floor had a comfortable bed and full bathroom. The bathroom shower was lovely. If you’re not a French speaker be aware the agency is a bit hard to speak with. I wasn’t able to download their app and all their emails were in French. I was finally able to connect with a wonderful staff person through WhatsApp. Paulo was so friendly and helpful. Everything went perfect after our conversations. Check in went well. Michel, our host, even came by to check that we were able to get settled in which was great. He told us a bit of history on the building and home. Super nice folks!"

"Helpful staff and a great location. Unfortunately, our shower didn't work properly – it ran either freezing cold or scalding hot. We discovered it around midnight after a long day out. We reported it at checkout the next morning — the staff offered to help, but we were already leaving."

"The room was not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the tree-lined street in front of the hotel. The staff could accommodate an extra couple of pillows (I’m recuperating from surgery and need extra propping up for sleeping) and they were happy to help as they could. The bathroom and toilet room are connected by a ceiling opening, so whenever we opened one door, the other one slammed open or shut. And the shower was so open that we couldn’t prevent a full flood onto the bathroom floor whenever we took a shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us good sightseeing advice and overall being more friendly and welcoming than we’d had in some other hotels. The breakfast was great and at a good price point. I was traveling with a 13 year-old, which counted for a child’s price (in some other hotels we had to pay the adult price despite my kid definitely having a smaller kid-size appetite). The location of this hotel is also a great advantage. It’s not in the middle of the old town, but on the edge, so it was not overrun with tourists. It was quiet even though it is on a fairly busy street. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby, a pharmacy and small grocer within a block away, and the hotel is situated close to some main bus routes. It was very convenient to the train station as well. I’d definitely stay here again."

Restaurant staff downstairs was great for help and all was solved through phone very easily. Great experience altogether"
