Excellent place for a short stay

This hotel would be great for a short stay with minimum luggage. The street is narrow and it is hard for cabs to pickup and drop off. The elevator is small. The room is just big enough. The front desk staff was great and helped us overcome these issues. The location was incredible.

It was good besides that the shower is partial opened, so water splashes out. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Recommended many great restaurants.

We had a great stay in Thessaloniki! We came quite late, and there was no one on duty, but thankfully I made the hotel aware and they had everything set up for me and my family! They have no parking, but arranged for us to park our car at a nearby garage for 13Euros/day. The rooms were clean, the location was great, our only complaint is that (ironically) the pillows were very uncomfortable!

The service at Reception exceeded our expectations. The young gentleman who greeted and accommodated us at check-in was exceptionally kind, informative, helpful and efficient. He gave us detailed instructions for finding the parking lot that the hotel guests can park their cars for 10 Euros. He provided us with a map of the sightseeing attractions in Thessaloniki and also gave us recommendations which restaurants to visit for dinner. Our room was on the third floor. It was spacious, stylish, with modern tasteful decors. It was spotless clean. Same was the bathroom, very modern, spacious and equipped with all essential toiletries. There were even slippers provided for each guest. The air-conditioning and the wifi worked totally fine. The balcony was wide with a table and chairs. The main view was of the narrow street, but to the right you can see the White Tower as well. The bedding was beautiful and soft, the beds were very comfortable. Overall, this is an amazing hotel with great value and impressive customer service.

Es un hotel pequeño, nuevo, decorado con mucho gusto y muy bien situado, muy cerca de la Torre Blanca. Nuestra habitación tiene una terraza amplia y agradable. El desayuno es tipo picnic que te llevan a la habitación. El personal es amable y servicial.

Η διαμονή μου στο Pillow Urban Stay ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μοντέρνο, καθαρό και με πολύ προσεγμένο design. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καλά εξοπλισμένο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Το κρεβάτι ήταν ιδιαίτερα αναπαυτικό, εξασφαλίζοντας έναν υπέροχο ύπνο μετά από μια γεμάτη ημέρα στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Επίσης, η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης και με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα, καφέ και εστιατόρια. Σίγουρα θα επιλέξω το Pillow Urban Stay για την επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Mükemmel!

Otel, avrupa şartlarına göre çok iyiydi. Butik ancak lüks bir otel. Merkeze çok yakın yürüyerek çoğu yere gidilebilir. Aile olarak da bireysel olarak da tercih edilebilir. Otopark ücretli ancak onlar yönlendiriyor bu avantajdı. Görevliler çok yardımcı oldu. Tekrar geldiğimde yine tercih edeceğim bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

Güzel,küçük ama Kahvaltısız otel

4 günlük Selanik seyatinde Ailecek kalabileceğimiz, ekonomik otel arayışımız vardı. Urban Stay'i yorumlara bakarak tercih ettik. Temiz Aile için geniş odası olan merkezi bir otel(Ünlü Börekçi Bougatsa Giannis'in hemen dibi) Ancak Otelde Kahvaltı Salonu yok.Ancak bizimiçin önemlide değildi biz sadece konaklama için kullandık.Kahvaltılarımızı Canteen' de yapmayı tercih ettik.Selanik'e gideceklere tavsiye ederiz.
