I was really surprised to find that there is no coffee machine. Only filter... really - today its passe.. location very noisy... you cant sleep with open windows. WIFI was terrible and safe box stopped working with code. We got key to go with al the time. Bath really poor equipped. Shower primitive and only 1 positions. If I am comparing with many others - this one is low

Kindly inform you that we do not state at our descriptions that we offer an espresso machine and if you find that passe you should have made a better choise for your accommodation. Regarding the wifi we informed you that we had a technical issue from the provider and it was not on our hand to rectify it. As far as it concerns the safety box you got the key immediately for your convenience. Additionaly all our bathrooms are standard equiped and we are terribly sorry you didn't check our descriptions.Best Regards

Family vacations @Thessaloniki -Christmas holidays
Excellent premises, there was a wonderful perfume when you enter the building (as well as when you open the closets), clean apartment that included all required equipment (even washing machine with its washing powder). The lady at the reception was very kind and supportive on our requests. Definetely, we would think it again next time we visit Thessaloniki.

Great option for downtown Thessaloniki
Clean, large (we had 5th floor 2-BR), thoughtfully set up. This was a great place to stay.

What a wonderful property, I was so happy to have a lovely studio with great a little kitchen to cook in and a washing machine. Very clean and well maintained in a quiet area, but close to everything. There are three supermarkets on this street as well as plenty of coffee shops. Most restaurants about ten minutes away. Also ten minute walk to the train station. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

This is not a luxury apt. as stated in its name. Newly updated, not my favorite choice of colors but nice and clean. Easy to find. Has a small elevator. All appliances were cheap but newer and worked, Except the hair dryer it kept turning off while I used it. The air conditioning unit worked well but was right over the bed which bothered my husbands allergies. The thin blanket on the bed was just big enough to cover the top of the bed. Could only be used by one person. Foam mattress with 2 cheap pillows. The towels were smaller but adequate. The bathroom was smaller but adequate for one person to use at a time . No counter space. The location was .5 miles from the train-station and about 1 mile from the sea port/ squares. The area was loud all night long, dogs barking, people yelling and partying all 3 nights … Hard for me to get good sleep. Not the apt fault but good to know. The staff were polite and helpful. They did NOT have free breakfast as listed or a free gift at arrival.

I invite you to take a look to the other reviews in Expedia group as they are all from guests that have stayed in the same or similar rooms (superior) with yours. Maybe the fact that we did not offer you something without any extra cost was a key factor to your low score. Last but not least, we do not offer breakfast, because we don't have such a facility. Super Apartments, Great Location, will be back
Exceptionally clean place, we stayed in the comfort suite and had everything we needed as a couple. The cleaners work very hard and clean the apartment to a very high standard. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the Polis Apartments offer an airport transfer service which gives you peace of mind. Location is very good allowing you access to all that Thessaloniki offers and is also close to resorts and hotels that offer Polis customers access to their pools and sun beds (small charge) for those holiday makers that like to sunbathe as well as be right in the middle of a city. We highly recommend these apartments and will be coming back, you even have a washing machine in your apartment! which means you can pack lightly or travel back home without a mass of washing to sort when you get back. We would recommend a visit to Peraia Beach which is a 45mins boat trip from Thessaloniki, you can get on at either the white tower or port promenade for just €7 per person each way.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The best part of this stay was the fact that this place was extremely clean, well kept, and efficient! There also was easy parking in a parking garage nearby for a minimal fee. A great place to stay
The apartment had everything my father and I needed and more! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and assisted us with our every need which included lending me a laptop so I could finish some work I had to do. When we checked out we were given a farewell gift which we appreciated. Can't wait to return and stay here again!!!!
