Awful place. Awful building. The apartment was renovated but you could tell it wad done on the cheapest and faster way. Way misleading photos, the flat was much smaller.

Auflistung aller Mängel und Vorkommnisse während unseres Aufenthalts: 1. Keine Informationen zur Ankunft / Schlüsselübergabe: Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir keinerlei Hinweise, wo oder wie wir den Schlüssel erhalten. Erst nach einem Telefonat bekamen wir den Zugangscode – allerdings nie schriftlich, obwohl wir mehrfach per WhatsApp und E-Mail darum gebeten haben. 2. Kein heißes Wasser & Ignorierte Kontaktversuche (2 Tage): Zwei Tage lang stand uns kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Unsere mehrfachen Kontaktversuche über WhatsApp und Telefon blieben über 24 Stunden unbeantwortet. Erst nach einer deutlichen Beschwerde reagierte jemand und schickte uns zum ersten Mal die Anleitung. Diese war jedoch falsch beschrieben („weißer Knopf“ existierte nicht). Erst nach Zusendung eines Fotos wurde erklärt, was tatsächlich zu tun sei (irgendwelche Sicherungen am Strom/Sicherungskasten betätigen! ) – erst dann hatten wir heißes Wasser. 3. Vollständig unzureichende Ausstattung: • Keine Handtücher, keine Bettbezüge • Kein Besteck für drei Personen (Besteck nur für eine Person vorhanden/ Rest für zwei) • Keine Handtuchhalter • Keine Hinweise, wo sich benötigte Gegenstände befinden könnten 4. Türwechsel ohne Information – 1 Stunde vor verschlossener Tür: Nach unserer Rückkehr am Freitag war die Eingangstür ausgetauscht worden. Wir standen mit mehreren anderen Mietern über eine Stunde draußen, da niemand informiert wurde, dass neue Schlüssel in der Box lagen. 5. Keine Rückmeldung auf Beschwerde

Sehr schlich Aufzug Defekt, Bett Bezüge hat Blut Flecken, Eingang und Treppen Haus starke verschmutzt, kakalacken im Haus , abdachlose haben offenthalt im Flur und auf die Treppe Haus . Wir haben eine Woche reserviert aber nur eine Nächte übernachtet bis wir uns ein ändere Appartements resaviert Haben . Die im gegen ist ziemlich gefährlich am Abend . Nicht zu empfehlen Finger weg
