The most delicate flower in the mountains.... the Edelweiss, with its furry white petals, originated in the Himalayas and Siberia, looks so amazing. A quite rare flower and illegal to pick in the wild.I was looking for it on the hikes we did last week and on the moment i stopped searching, it was right on front of me 😊🍀 You also see Mt. Triglav in the background.

Its been a while since my last post... but i had an amazing roadtrip through some beautiful balkan countries! In Slovenia we stopped at this epic fall that reminds me of the iconic Seljalandsfoss in Iceland (which you can also walk behind) ... but i think i prefer this one just that little more Maybe because there 2 of these falls right above each other... #TroveOn #TakeAHike

Slovenia is packed full of waterfalls in all shapes and sizes. What made this particular one stand out was the fact that you could walk behind it, that's always fun! My guess is that you have to have your own set of wheels to visit this one (that's how we did it) but I could be wrong.

To get this shot I had to wade barefoot across a freezing cold stream and then climb up a slope full of loose rocks. In retrospect I'd say it was worth it!
