Fine.

Modern simple room, no tea or coffee in the room. There was a hair next to the sink and a tiny bit of dirt in the shower but overall it was clean and fine. Housekeeping knocked the door twice, waking us up the first time, so use the do not disturb sign if you want a lay in. I realised upon arrival it would have been cheaper to book directly.

We stayed overnight in a family room while passing through the area. The room was fine, bit tired looking and on the small side for 4 people but adequate for what we needed for one night. The bathroom was very small and not as clean (hairs in shower). Parking in the garage underneath was good for security (Euro 10 extra), reception staff were friendly and helpful. Lift from garage to hotel floor.

Nice and clean, staff were helpful and cheerful. Very handy for the station and the centre of Thionville. Room was quite small but perfectly adequate for the four days we were there.

The staff are wonder, they do all they can to make you comfortable. The hotel is in a great position for travel. Good parking. Vending machine broke down and there were no other facilities to have a tea or coffee. Plus the tea only came with sugar

Everything was good until the last day when the A/C stopped working. They did not let guests know. When I asked if it was a problem with my room, they said the whole building isnt working. Very poor customer service. I would have asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. It is 27 degrees and very humid. Unacceptable.

Une chambre très propre et un lit d'un confort exceptionnel (ma meilleure nuit depuis longtemps). La possibilité de laisser mon vélo de voyage en toute tranquillité dans le parking, c'est un plus. Par contre, j'ai trouvé le petit déjeuner moyen et l'organisation (emplacement des plateaux, couverts, tasses...) mérite mieux. Mais j'étais d'abord venu pour dormir.

Die Platzverhältnisse im Zimmer für vier Personen sind etwas eng, aber für 2 Nächte akzeptabel. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Hotel ist super gelegen nahe am Bahnhof und dem Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Hinsichtlich Parkplätzen wäre eine Info im Vorfeld noch gut. Es war mir nicht auf Anhieb klar wo ich das Auto abstellen kann. Es ist aber immer jemand an der Rezeption.
