"The location is great, just off Denman St. and close to English Bay. The rooms are smallish, but comfortable. We had a small balcony with 2 nice chairs and table. The beds and bedding are great. Small bath with a good shower. Mini fridge. Noisy a/c unit, not central, but ok. Good value."

"The staff was excellent and very helpful. The manager Kitti was so helpful and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable. Wagner and Kris in the lobby were so helpful. The rooftop is a lovely place to sit enjoy drinks and snacks. Such a treat and a lovely atmosphere."

"Great place. Convenient location, excellent staff and a great clean room. Older property and lacks plug in but not a huge inconvenience. Definitely stay here again and 10 to the cruise port. Many restaurants nearby and a grocery store. Great rooftop patio."
