"The property was beautiful. We were disappointed because our room, very pricey, was in the basement or Lower Level. It was considered a Garden View in the Wallcourt Hall. There was no garden. The windows were small and high making it hard to even look out. We saw the bottom of the shrubs. The Inn is very nice and sits on the side of the lake. The food was delicious. We were just disappointed with our room."

"First of all, the host was very responsive and helpful with answering questions. The townhome was clean and spacious, as advertised. The lake view was gorgeous, I took a picture of the sunrise every morning from my bedroom window. There were three of us staying (fairly picky ladies:)) and we all enjoyed the stay. I don't think we ever really fully figured out the heating/AC situation, but we were able to get it to a comfortable temperature, as we navigated both cool and warm outdoor temperatures. I will end by saying the location seemed to be ideal for us. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes and we were able to do everything we wanted with reasonable drive times. One improvement we thought would be nice if there were separate recycling containers, but this could be a municipal thing and not that of the VRBO owner."

"The property was in a great location with easy access to many of the locales we wanted to visit including good wineries. Inside, the condo was impeccable, well equipped and exactly as represented in the photos. However, the outside of the entire complex was not well maintained and in need of some good cleanup and overall TLC. This may be out of the hands of the owner. I don't know, but when we first arrived we were concerned. Thankfully upon entry, we found the place as we expected. Lastly, the view of the lake was more obstructed then the photos present. The trees and bushes have grown such that the view was quite different. Not a deal breaker.Clearly extra care has been given to the unit including the coffee pods on hand and other little items that were very welcoming. Thank you for sharing it."

"My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend together in the Finger Lakes at this property. The place had a nice view of the lake and was very well decorated on the inside. The location was perfect to enjoy all the local wineries and breweries. Would definitely stay here again. Owners were easy to deal with and responsive."

"This home provided us with a truly peaceful setting with incredible views and the sound of the water rolling into the shoreline. The host was excellent with both pre-visit and during-visit responsiveness. We experienced some minor cleanliness issues and noticed an odor in the lower level, but we weren't using that level so it wasn't an issue for us. We didn't experience any issues that required correction during our stay, and the host said the minor issues we shared would be addressed. We enjoyed our visit to the Finger Lakes, and a major component was the time we got to enjoy on the deck and out on the dock of this home."

"We were visited by a hummingbird every morning having breakfast on the deck. The view of the lake is beautiful. Most VRBO owners are more attentive than here. We lost power for 3 hours on Tues morning just @ breakfast & shower time. No power No water. Luckily our daughter lives in Burtondale."
