"I am very much disappointed with this hotel. I was tricked to believe that it is an luxury hotel but it is not. For the price I paid for a villa, i was expecting a better experience but I was disappointed completely. First of all, it is an old property - do not get carried away by electric car charging station and swimming pool etc. And the villa is a tiny one. The living room is tiny, two bedrooms are even more tiny. A/C was working barely. Yoy have to use the fan along with A/C. The only best...

"Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. "
