The property is really nice but since it’s on a highway and there’s the LULU Mall nearby the hotel, there’s too much congestion near the hotel during the evening hours

The new building is world class 5 star - very clean, quiet, AC is top notch, bathroom is top notch. Could improve in the quality of food at the cafe ; especially , tha Sambar was not up to par. I had an outstanding 3 night stay

We had an early flight and had booked breakfast with our stay. Staff were amazing and packed a breakfast for us to take with sandwiches, pastries, fruit and even coffee! Amazing service and greatly appreciated. Would recommend staying around. It was our second stay in a week

The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. Overall a very good hotel, very good customer service. Highly recommended.

Customer service outstanding, staff was super friendly, helpful and speaking English. The hotel has clean and good swimming pool. There were two people with outstanding customer service: Prasobh - housekeeping and Mr V Mani, very caring and he provides outstanding customer service.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great food, amazing buffets! Nice pool, good spa. There were 2 weddings when we were there which took over the pool area, the first blaring awful loud music! It seems this may be a common thing at this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at O by Tamara. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff are warm and friendly and the buffet is fantastic!
