"From the moment we arrived, the owners were so kind and helpful, even organising a full-day safari with an amazing guide where we spotted three leopards and so much more. The rooms were spotless, honestly the cleanest we saw in our whole month in Sri Lanka, and could easily match a high-end hotel in Europe or the US. "Cabanas located in trees - you are literally sleeping outside. Different experience, but nice. Be aware that animals may enter, and the river is very close by, so maybe not so good for people who needs complete silence to sleep. Staff very helpful and nice!"

"All in all, happy to stay here, just be prepared to do a lot of extra work to check-in. The location is incorrectly indicated on Facebook, TripAdvisor & hotels.com, and is 10km north of Tissa. Easily accessed by public transit if you've got the correct address. Make sure they know you're coming, as they were unaware I had made the reservation. If you can't find their phone #, try them on Facebook, or worst case scenario, go to to their Tile & Bathroom Shop, next to Sampath Bank... Don't...
