Summer Vacation
My time in Moab was memorable, and this place was fantastic because they had everything we needed. From a great place to sleep, BBQ grill to prepare our food, fabulous bathroom, showers, and laundry machine, and this something that I will let my friends know because it will be easier to book this place rather than finding a place to set up your tent and worried for other stuff that you needed to do.

Meh
Arrived to find our reserved tent space was occupied. Called the posted telephone number to get help from on site mgt. Recording informed us voice mailbox was full. Found unoccupied neighboring tent hoping it wasn't reserved by anyone else. After hunting for someone on staff a finally found someone who affirmed we could use the other empty space. Lots of RV and ATV noise as well as nearby freight train running thru the night. Restrooms and laundry area clean.

A hidden gem with compromises
I stayed in one of the tents. The facility is clean, bathrooms - well attended, and my tent was in decent shape. It’s on a wood platform with two cots. You will need to bring a heater and extension cord. It IS the desert, and the nights can be freezing. Important note: the train passes the camp within a few hundred feet. The train crew sees to delight at blowing the horn as the pass near the campground late at night.

Great Little Spot
This was perfect for what we needed, which was an inexpensive, different type of place to stay overnight. We were just looking for a place mid way between states to sleep before we headed back on the road and this worked out great. The property is well maintained, owners are friendly and accommodating, and the bathrooms are clean and accessible. There is power out side the tents if needed. The tent itself was roomy enough and very clean. I would say the only potential negative in the sound of the train passing through in the middle of the night, but for us it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay to visit Arches and Canyonlands
My partner and I stayed here 3 nights while visiting Arches and Canyonlands on our trip to see all of Utah's National Parks. We loved how quiet the park was (aside from the occasional passing train). Friendly neighbors and clean restrooms. It would have been nice to have a second picnic table to cook / eat at when the one was occupied by the other tent, but we made do with boxes and the camping chairs provided by the host. Overall would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great value
I gave location a 4 out of 5 because of distance to event and train tracks. A couple of ear plugs took care of the train though. We stayed in their tent, it was a "glamping tent" with cots and nice, but windy at night. We loved the bathrooms, it was great to be able to get clean (plenty of hot water) after a day in the dirt.

Nice stay
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The tent was very clean when we arrived. There are multiple bathrooms in the office building in the tent and each one had a shower. The bathrooms were very clean. It got a little chilly at night in late April, but we had an electric heater with us so we were comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great stay outside of Arches
We had a brief but great stay. The tent was as described, clean and neat. It was chilly overnight so be sure to bring a good sleeping bag and blankets.

Tent life !
The tent was perfect for our quick getaway to the Moab/ Arches area! The cots were surprisingly very comfortable and we slept well! The bathrooms / showers were set up like full bathrooms at home, totally private and spotlessly clean. We brought a little heater that we were able to plug in and it made the cool night just fine in tent! Would absolutely stay here again! Affordable and CLEAN !

Awesome experience!
The bathrooms are clean. They also have two sets of washer and dryers. We borrowed an extension cord for our heater as it was 22 degrees when we stayed. The tent was clean and even had a little light for us to use. It came with two camping chairs, two cots, and a little table. Awesome camping experience with no hassle to set up.

Incredible Experience!
Wow! I could not have been more pleasantly surprised with this place. My friend and I stayed here on a whim, and I definitely will be coming back--I have never stayed at a campsite so clean and organized before. Communication with the owners was great; I have no complaints. 5 stars!!

a wonderful, affordable camping option!
my friend and I were here to explore Arches and Canyonlands, and we are so glad we found this yurt! it was quiet, cozy, and the property literally has the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen on a campground! we were here in early August and expected it to be too hot to sleep, but the yurt comes with window flaps that keep it nice and cool. we did have a bit of trouble finding the yurt at first, but if you arrive in daylight, they're right behind the office! and it's such a great location, right off I-70 with a gas station and 7-11 nearby! about 45 mins to Arches and Moab, and the drive is beautiful! plus, the night sky is incredible! definitely check this place out if you're in the area!

Perfect camping
My best friend and I stayed at one of the tents at the camping and rv park. It was easy to find and the tent was the perfect size for two. The bathrooms and showers were clean and always open. The only downside is there wasn’t anything around the area so if your planning to eat dinner or something, I’d grab whatever you need before you get there.

We had a wonderful stay. The directions to get to the property were easy to follow. The tent, bench, and campsite area were clean. We loved getting to sit out in the chairs provided to enjoy the evening. The office building with bathrooms, showers, and laundry was close, clean and helpful!

It is exactly what you see in the pictures. Make sure your ok with the location of it, it’s about 45 from Arches/Moab and about an hour from Canyonlands. We didn’t realize Canyonlands was so close but staying here rather than super close to Arches enabled us to go somewhere other than Arches. It was great! Definitely gets cold at night so bundle up. You are surrounded by RVs there are only two tents but it’s nice to be in a community with actual bathrooms and showers rather than normal crappy bathrooms.

Loved the tent accommodations!
This was a perfect location and tent setup. The tent was spacious and clean with power just outside to accommodate my charging and power needs. The adjacent bathrooms, shower and laundry facilities were always clean and well appointed. Management was there if you needed anything, but left you alone otherwise to enjoy your stay. Would stay here again. Thanks

Tent Night Stay
Location was great for a 30 minute drive to Moab and bathrooms were great after a day of hiking! I stayed with my friend there, and it was a bit scary with the wind initially and the tent flapping, but wind died down and ended up being okay. If there was a lock or an actual door on the tent, we may have felt a little bit safer, but we weren’t sure about the location after driving around the abandoned town surrounding. Not the most comforting set up for two young women traveling alone.

Good place for an inexpensive rest after the parks
This was an inexpensive and good stay after spending the day in Canyonlands and Arches. Good bathrooms, clean tent, good wifi. The wind does whip the canvas around a bit, but you get used to it. Very nice people at the park, and easy process.

Everything it’s clean almost to perfection. Nice place , price it’s not bad ! Down side was that the wind it’s too much and the tent it’s not entirely close we freeze even with doble pjs sleeping bags blankets etc . The doors don’t zip up they have Velcro straps but not enough to hold the wind out. light didn’t work but to all honesty it’s way too much for me trying all nite to keep up with the wind coming trough . I’ll hope the owners can try themselves to see what I’m talking about. But if they fix the problem I’ll come back over and over it’s a nice place

Staff was very accommodating and helped the visit to go well. The tent was very drafty, they need to improve the door closure. It was a ways further from Moab/Arches than I would have liked.

This would of been al right but there a three inch Gap by the door and the door doesn’t zipped up.
We couldn’t even stay there but one night rented it for three. The door had a three inch gap from the ground and it would fly open all night. They have it out where you have no trees around and just nothin but wind blowing even if it isn’t that bad of weather.
