Beautiful place to getaway !

Loved having our own lake and being able to boat when we wanted. It was super calming and a great place to get a moment away from the craziness of the city! Will definitely stay again.

Hemlock Point was a great location. Extremely private, beautiful lake, and a perfect spot to feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

Family get away

The house’s layout was absolutely perfect for our 12 person family get away. With 2 sets of grandparents, the two main level bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom) came in handy. No need for climbing stairs. The game room kept everyone entertained during a snowy/rainy day and although it was a little chilly, we very much enjoyed paddling on the pond.

Wonderful stay with privacy

We were 3 families coming from different places to meet up. We had 5 kids from 1-16 yo and 6 adults. We had plenty of room to spread out so that we all had quiet and privacy. There was also so much to do o. The property. We used the boats, had outdoor fires, played games inside. Just a great stay for everyone. I would highly recommend this as a great weekend retreat for a group.

Hemlock with the boys

We had a great stay here from start to finish. The view and the house are even more beautiful than the pictures show. Everything was as stated in the description and we never felt we were missing any amenities. We loved our time here and hope to come back next year!!

Ski week

Perfect for a large group of adults and children. We had such a nice time. Everything we needed to cook large dinners was there, our host was very accommodating, quickly responsive and extremely helpful. We loved the house and look forward to staying there again!

Amazing stay at Nikki’s Place

We were a group of 15 (including 7 kids) and we had an amazing stay. The property is as advertised and Nikki was responsive throughout our stay. The lake is beautiful and all the canoes/kayaks/paddle boards help you enjoy it to the fullest. We will consider coming back.

Our best lakehouse vacation yet

This place looked beautiful in the app, but it exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful property, and an amazing house, which was beautifully designed and very comfortable. It was very clean, and our contact person Nikki was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing home. Don’t be afraid to be loud, it’s sound proof.views are gorgeous. It has all you the amenities you need. Perfect for large groups.

Serene location, great amenities, and beautiful home

This stay was the perfect getaway retreat for a large group of friends. The expansive, private property is serene and offers great views of the lake. The many amenities, including the many available watercraft to enjoy on the lake, sauna, large grill, and two dishwashers made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. The host was communicative, amenable, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!

This place was amazing! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that loves the outdoors.

Beautiful well kept cabin. If your looking to be out where there's no neighbors and all the peace this is the place to be. We caught tons of fish bluegill, bass,perch, pickerel, and catfish. Also got to enjoy the company of three beaver familys,bear and deer. This place will not disappoint you at all!!!

Family weekend for 15 people and one toddler. House is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable. Patios out back and front covered in case rains. Enjoyed firepit. Liked the two big rooms on the main living area floor with kitchen. Will book again.

We loved the house and everything it had to offer. We were able to be spread out when we needed to be and together when necessary. The lakefront was fun and we loved the boating! Even though we had rain every day and a tropical storm on the last day we stayed warm and dry and played games and puzzles! We would definitely come back!

Weekend Men’s Retreat

We had a great weekend utilizing all that the property had to offer. We went on morning rucks on the trails around the property and used the long driveway for our PT sessions. The lake was great to do some cold plunges and then use the sauna to warm up. The property is nicer and bigger than it seems in the photos. We would stay here again if we had a similar size group as we did this year.

Absolutely perfect!

Our group of 22 friends stayed here this past weekend and absolutely loved it. The house was big enough for us to spread out without feeling cramped and the layout was perfect for us to all hang out together. It is such a beautiful house/property and the activities made our trip truly special! We had a blast on the volleyball court and taking the boats out on the lake. We're hoping to come back soon! I can't recommend this property enough.

Gorgeous property, tons of space

Surprisingly warm and cozy despite the freezing temperatures outside, especially considering how many huge windows there are. Had everything we needed. Air hockey table was a big hit with our teens. Plenty of room to spread out. Decor was really cool. I hope we can make it back next year!

A Great Getaway - but not quite 5 stars

This was more house than 3 couples without children knew what to do with- but for a winter weekend focused on re-connecting - it was just what we needed. This would be GREAT for reunions with large families and lots of kids to spend quality time together. It’s clear the hosts have put alot of love into this Lodge and my only recommendation is to have the cleaners pay a bit more attention to details. A deep cleaning, both inside and out, and some re-investments in worn decor would put this back in a 5 star category. If a rustic getaway is what you’re looking for, don’t pass the chance to enjoy this one!

Great Place for Larger Groups

Hemlock Point Lodge was a perfect fit for our group of 15 guys for a bachelor party getaway. There were plenty of sleeping spots, and the home is large enough for everyone. The heart of the home (kitchen/living room/game room) with a view of the pond was amazing, and the decor really made you feel like you were in a lodge. The covered back porch was great for escaping the rain, and cooking on the big grill. The pond and all the water stuff was a ton of fun. Overall, an amazing stay, and people were already talking about going back.

Memorial Weekend

Excellent property. Always something to do. Kids and teens never bored. We were 19 adults and children and because the house and property are so large, if you wanted to speak to someone you had to look for them. Meaning there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.

Wonderful family time

Our family with kids ages 2 all the way up to my 75 year old parents stayed a week at the house. We had such a great time. The kids loved the game room and the lake. We had so much room for everyone to have their own beds. The kitchen was one of the best stocked houses we have rented. There were plenty of boats and water things to play. After we cleared away some weeds and grass the little kids had a great time playing on the beach. There were a couple things that happened but was able to communicate with the host to fix them.

We (4 couples and 8 teenagers) stayed at Hemlock lodge during the week of 8/5/23. The place was clean and well equipped and easily fit our group. The lake, boats and game room were a hit. We would recommend it to similar groups. We had a problem with hot water that was resolved quickly. The advertised hot tub and ping pong were not there and the pool table needed repair. At least one shower was almost useless providing hot or cold water bit nothing in between. The place is somewhat remote.

Family Fun

14 of us so we hade plenty of extra room place can fit 20 very comfortable. Game room was fun as we hand 10 young adults from 23 to 27 that was non stop entertainment then you have a fire pit and lake. Spacious kitchen bathrooms everywhere. This was not with it bumps but the owner made it right. Something happened w prior guests that messed up the fireplace and bbq. Nikki the host went and had one of her staff bring is a new bbq not to interrupt our stay and to keep things smooth. Overall great place to stay 20 minutes from well and all had a good time that even had one of our kids say this would be great to come back years from now w grandkids and families.
