Mini Farmland Apartment with Free Range Chickens and a Beautiful Sunset

This Country Farm is located Thompsons Station and only 10 minutes from First Bank Amphitheater, 10 minutes to Franklin, 2 minutes from Spring Hill and 35 minutes south of downtown Nashville. Convenient access to the I-840 and I-65. Private entrance to apartment, and spacious parking.

Enjoy the views of the country valley, yet close to all the sights and the city.

Enjoy your private bedroom with full size bed and walk in closet, full bathroom shower, full kitchen is fully prepped to prepare an awesome meal before heading to see the sights of Historic Franklin, Leipers Fork and Downtown Nashville.

The Living room offers an electric recliner couch, table with two chairs with beautiful window view. Flat Screen tv with free wifi and Netflix.

Enjoy your morning Coffee on the front patio chair while taking in the scenery of this lovely land.

The lower level of the property has its own private entrance with a door code for entry which will be sent the day before your arrival. Upper level of the apartment has a nice bedroom, closet and bathroom with skylight.

We are a definitely a no smoking farm.... Yet we are easy going and we look forward to your visit. We are not pet friendly due to the chickens, two pop belly pigs and minature horse running around the yard free range. But feel free to bring your leftovers from dinner and the chickens and pigs will come right up to you for a snack.

We charge a $40 cleaning fee and use a third party company so you know the apartment will be in perfect condition upon your arrival.

This was the perfect spot for my weekend getaway! I needed somewhere close by to all of the thrifting and downtown activities I had planned for myself and this place was centrally located for all of it. Highly recommend!

We were looking to get away to a quiet location just outside of Franklin and this was the perfect setting! It was so peaceful. Plenty of friendly farm animals to pet and feed. Laura and Danny were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Our apartment was so cute and had everything needed for our stay. I loved having coffee with the animals each morning.

Prefect Getaway

Went to visit family in Thomas Station, property was in the prefect location to see Franklin, Springhill and even Nashville. The hosts where great and the animal's were very friendly and cute.

We went there for my cousins wedding! It was awesome to stay somewhere close by and have everything we needed and more! Of we had forgot anything it was there for us! Perfect, home away from home

We stayed here while attending the Homestead Festival in Columbia. The accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed, even things we forgot we needed. Lauren was most accommodating and thoughtful. The animals were a joy. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Perfect little farm

My wife and I stayed here as it was close to family we were visiting in the area. It is a at a farm but is still close to Spring Hill so plenty around. Also spent a day in Nashville which was an easy drive. Place was clean and perfect for two people. Animals were friendly especially Jerry the pig. Would definitely stay again next time.

The host was so nice and we had fresh eggs in the morning. Unfortunately it was an extremely busy stay but would have loved to stay there and actually enjoy the animals and the property. Well stocked and fun for animal lovers

We loved the animals and the host let us pick eggs and help feed the animals. We even got watermelon and apples for animal treats. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, and it was quiet. It was 20 min to the American girl doll store and only 5 minutes from a huge Kroger with everything you could need. Great all around.

A beautiful property and relaxing stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay at the farm apartment. We loved petting the animals (Jerry the Pig was a favorite). The space was clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed and sitting area. The kitchen had all the things needed to cook a meal- if you choose to do so. The apartment is close to Spring Hill and Franklin for dining. We attended a concert at FirstBank- I highly recommend getting an Uber to and from to avoid the parking lot traffic (10 minute Uber to get home compared to waiting in the parking lot for an hour to get out). Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and Peaceful

Really enjoyed the calm and cozy experience. The farm animals were great, had a blast feeding the chickens and even caught one sun bathing, it was so cute. The potbelly pigs were so friendly and once a goat greeted us loudly when we got back from being out. So nice to have a home away from home and the privacy and personal feel you dont get from a hotel. Really appreciate all the little extras like coffee, a toaster, butter, eggs, kitchen with many tools you might need. Really helps with cost and health to not have to eat out for all meals when you're traveling/vacationing, can get a few groceries and cook some, too. Looking forward to coming again sometime.
