We loved our stay here! The cabins were the perfect size and were super peaceful where they are located. Loved that there was a hot tub available and it was a great size. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.
Stayed for a week of fishing.
Hot tub was excellent.
Beds were comfortable.
Brunch at Rosie's. Great diner and pies.
231 for dinner. great salad, rolls and steaks.
Plan to be back next year.
We had a great time at this cozy cabin. Check in was hassle free, we punched in the door code and had the next 2 days entirely to ourselves. The hot tub was clean and hot, ready for us upon arrival. This cabin features a nice fire pit as well.

This cabin was the perfect getaway! Shocking amount of stuff to do just minutes away. Clean and cozy. Hot tub and bonfire pit offered such a relaxing end to the evening. Thompsonville has great dining too. We visited iron fish distillery for a tasting and a snack. The food was AMAZING. We also explored crystal mountain to dine for dinner as well as took the 10 minute drive to Benzonia to shop and check out the new casino
My wife and I made a two night trip to Crystal Mountain for skiing, and this cabin was perfect for us. Kind of like a hotel room really, and we weren't going to spend much time there other than for sleeping. It's super close to the resort and the place was clean and stocked with the things we needed. Host was responsive.
I loved this place! It's simple (no utensils, etc), nestled in the woods at the end of a group. It's super cute and cosy inside, the shower is great, and perfect for what we needed as a 1 night stay after getting off the slopes. Really lucky no-one else was staying here, as the hot tub may not have been so relaxing, but it's the end of the season, so for us it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much! Definitely adding to my favourites!

Our cabin was absolutely breathtaking, perfect inside and out, the host was very welcoming and quick with any questions asked. Perfect weekend getaway skiing at Crystal Mountain and nothing than soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day watching all the snow blanket the surrounding trees and ground. Definitely found a piece of heaven…. To bad that they only let you leave only 5 stars rating, because it’s definitely a 20
Thank you
Very clean and cozy cabin. Close to Crystal Mountain and other receeational opportunities. Conveniently within walking distance of a small cafe for breakfast or lunch and a bar and grill for food and drinks.
Perfect place to stay during conference at Crystal
I attended a summer conference at Crystal and didn't need/want to spend time at the resort other than for the educational sessions. This cabin (one of seven identical ones in a row) was less than a five minute drive down the road from the resort's day-use parking lot and was much less expensive than getting a room at the resort. It is a simple, clean, studio-type cabin with a separate bathroom w stand up shower, a futon/couch, wall mounted TV, WiFi, a small table/desk w two chairs, a window air conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, and some small corner shelves with a microwave, keurig-style coffee maker, and a mini fridge. There is what I would consider to be a two-person hot tub on the little front covered porch that seemed clean and well maintained. Owner sent me the key code prior to arrival and clean sheets were already on the bed and several clean towels and wash cloths were stocked in the bathroom as well as hand soap, but be aware that you do need to bring your own shower soap and shampoo (the Mobile up the road sells nearly everything though). The water is presumably well water that has a yellow hue and typical sulfur smell but that didn't really bother me. The cabins are close together and don't seem to have a lot of sound proofing so you can hear your neighbors' vehicle doors close and/or engine starting/running or sometimes their music playing or muffled voices in other cabin hot tubs. Fortunately my neighbors were reasonably considerate and I was quite comfortable.
