Cosy appartement 1 room; 5 minutes foot to downtown and thermal center.

Ideally located 5 min from the thermal baths (300m), 5-10 min from the city centre and 15 min from the port of Thonon (900m). The residence (secured by badge) is located in a quiet area and the flat is on the 2nd floor with lift.
Cosy flat of 39 m2 which has just been redecorated in May 2023. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and high quality bedding, a living room with a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 extra beds, a TV and Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave.
A bathroom with bath, toilet, large storage space and a washing machine. Sheets and towels will be provided on arrival. A closed garage with 230V socket is at your disposal. Pets are accepted. Housework in supplement 30€ to be paid on the spot.
