Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal. Das Chalet und die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Nur in der Küche fehlt ein Backofen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt und wer nach Evian in Zentrum laufen möchte sollte gut zu Fuss sein, weil die Unterkunft schon etwas am Hang liegt.

On reviendra

Résidence bien situé, sentier du panoramique du Léman juste à côté, funiculaire à 700m , mais ouvert uniquement printemps et l'été. Literie de bonne qualité. Seul point négatif, c'est la rénovation des chalets qui a été fait à l'économie, escalier bruyant et pas du tout de niveau, parquet stratifié bruyant, donc on entend les voisins et c'est sûrement réciproque. Le personnel d'accueil est vraiment top.

Séjour agréable et reposant mais qui a manqué à mon gout, avec 3 enfants, d'animations : aucune sortie proposée, aucune activité enfants (culturelle, sportive...), aucune soirée/spectacle... voici ce qui manque à cette résidence pour que le séjour soit parfait !

Endroit très joli mais assez éloigné du lac finalement Les appartements auraient besoin d un petit rafraîchissement, et mal insonorisés c est dommage. Piscine trop petite et infestée de fourmis, et horaire de fermeture de 12h a 12h30 pour « désinfection » inappropriée. Au regard du prix pratiqué pour cette location je suis très déçue.

Don't waist your time

When we arrived to check in we were rushed. The guy managing the place told us he had left the key to our room in the door. When we made it to our room it looked nothing like the pictures, more like a cheap cabin on a lake. It was also freezing in the room. It was like 30 degrees Fahrenheit and no heat had been turned on. WiFi is also not included. WiFi was listed on my reservation but apparently that just meant it was available for purchase. When we woke the next morning for breakfast (which we knew we would have to pay for) we were told you had to reserve it ahead of time, no breakfast was available. On the day of our departure we had everything packed and ready to go as soon as the office opened. At 7:58 we arrived to check out and the manager was leaving. We told him we needed to check out. He said he was taking his daughter to school and that we would have to return when the office opened. We asked when that was to which he replied 8:00, at this point it was 8:00. We let him know we had already packed our car and we're on our way home and that we would not be waiting because it was 8:00. He told us if we had cash to pay the city tax he would let us go. Luckily we did but not exact and of course he didn't have change. We were just ready to leave at this point. Needless to say we will never stay here again and would never suggest this place to anyone.

Nous avons aimé sa situation géographique , l'appartement était super , la piscine bien , mais il faut la restaurer, la vue sur le lac . L'accueil très à l'écoute des clients et d'une gentillesse naturelle avec des sourires et ça c'est plaisant et agréable. Le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité . La seule critique , les places de parking sont prises d'assauts car certains locataires ne respectent pas le règlement . En effet un emplacement pour chaque appartement donc vous vous retrouvez à stationner à l'extérieur ! Nous l'avons signalé , mais que voulez-vous qu'ils fassent les pauvres ! La seule solution c'est de donner une carte d'entrée , mais ce n'est pas facile à l'endroit ou la porte d'entrée du complexe n'est pas bien situé.Mais bon dans l'ensemble nous avons très apprécié notre séjour. Quel bien être !!!!
