Throughout the house the emphasis is on simplicity, functionality and comfort, with a layout that flows easily and provides ample space for everyday living. It's a home that feels warm and welcoming. Enjoy a trip to the Falls, 10 min away and come back to unwind at Our Simple Haven.

    The space
    Our Simple Haven features an open concept, bright living room with two Sofa beds, & access to the yard. Adjacent to the living room is a functional living room, ideal for every day meals or intimate gatherings.

    The heart of the home is the well appointed kitchen, featuring practical counter space & plenty of storage, making meal preparation a breeze. A convenient half bathroom adds to the home's functionality.

    Upstairs, you'll find Four comfortable, bright bedrooms.
    Master bedroom offers King Size Bed, Dedicated Work Desk, Walk in Closet and an ensuite bathroom, providing a personal oasis.

    A second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms to ensure comfort for everyone.

    Laundry Room with washer and dryer is also located on the top floor.

    We offer Two Free Parking spots: One spot in the garage and other on the driveway.

    House is equipped with all the basic essentials. We look forward to hosting you to our simple and cozy home.

This is a great property in family friendly neighborhood. It had everything we needed to make it a seamless living space for our 8 day stay while we waiting for our new house to close.

We all had a great time at the house! We are very happy with our visit. The host contacted me a few times to make sure all was well. The house itself was clean and well maintained. The amenities were excellent too. We had everything we needed. Great stay!

Manika was excellent. I informed her about a few missing chairs and a wasp's nest and she immediately addressed the issue by bringing extra chairs and getting rid of the wasp's nest. The only issue we had was that the previous guests did some damage and stole some items and there wasn't time to address these issues or replace the items before we got there. It's not the host's fault, but not having enough knives or cutlery or plates when we're 8 people is a bit of a drag. All in all though, we had a good time and we loved having three bathrooms. There was never any fighting or whining about the bathroom. It was clean--something wasn't cleaned properly, but that was already addressed with the host and taken care of. All in all, our experience was good and we had good value for the money, especially being so close to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake (20 minutes). If we travel there again, we'll probably go back and I would recommend.

Ok home for 2-6 people. Easier to be together then in a hotel. If planning to eat in and for longer stays you may need to bring extra towels, dishcloths or laundry pods etc.
