I think my disappointment in my stay at the place was expressed throughout. It was met with little customer service or care of my concerns. The facility listed amenities clearly but lacked in basic things with what was listed. It states there are towels but you have no wash clothes, you talk about a fully complete kitchen but provide no hot pads, sharp knives, coffee pot but only offer k-cups when you don’t have a kerug to use those cups, etc. It show in pictures a gorgeous welcome basket with things in it that was not provided it had k-cups and tea. There is no welcome book to explain WiFi password or anything. When expressed concern of the pool that had a decomposed mouse in the filter and the bacteria from that I was met with resistance and a carelessness of concern that then led me to question the entire truth in cleanliness of them home. They have a grass patch for animals to pee on that cover from door to pool with no way around but to walk through the urine filled path. When the heat sets in the smell of urine is so strong I could not sit out there. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. I spent most my time battling with my toddlers on why we can’t swim in a bacteria filled pool bc the owners didn’t remove the decomposing mouse. They did not even express concern or remorse for it. Not to mention that there were someone’s dirty stockings/tights left on the pool deck. Wishing we would have booked else where.
