"The property was clean, easy to access to the 101 and had a very friendly staff. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room was an old unit so it didn't keep it cold and it was already 90 degrees outside. Aside from that, my husband and I would definitely come back and stay."

"This property was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient for our three day event at the nearby CLU campus. Our plans changed and it was just my daughter and I and we felt safe and comfortable. A little musty smell, but we were on the same floor as the gym, laundry, and pool entrance, so it was to be expected and not terrible given the amount of amenities and foot traffic -which we never really heard or bothered us. Overall, we were pleased and enjoyed being near those amenities we used and needed....

"Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this...

"Amazing place. The pics are a little outdated, there is no grass anymore (for dog owners, so we took our dog to the local park to play) and there is an amazing glass wall view of the mountainside, which is way better than the photos represent. Feels like indoor/outdoor living. Good large kitchen. The chairs outside are comfy. Inside there is lots of seating but it’s all stuff you wouldn’t want to sit on for long.
