Excellent place. Convenient access to the rest of the village, place was clean with nice showers, a comfortable living/dining room, and still quite cheap. The hostess was very nice and responsive and even cooked dinner for all the guests one night. Would highly recommend.

Good and affordable option for a one night stay. The room had four beds but only two electric points for four occupants to use. Squeaky door to room unfortunately disturbed sleeping guests - recommend ear plugs and sleeping mask. Beds were comfortable.

Strange experience staying here, and perhaps they were only partially to blame. But, I didn't get any confirmation email / message when I booked the place - I only received this two days after I left, and then I kept receiving a few more messages talking about my "upcoming arrival, etc.". It's an OK place - it doesn't feel the cleanest, the rooms look a bit like prison cells, and the staff are no where to be seen (which kind of exacerbates the feeling of the place being poorly maintained). Also there's no parking at this place, it's a few hundred meters down the road - which isn't the end of the world, but is isn't the most convenient either. Serves its function as a cheap hostel where you can sleep the night.

Cant beat the price when staying in Thredbo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cook your own meals. Lots of older people for a Youth Hostel. But that was nice. Relaxed atmosphere.

We arrived late but the staff called before I could to see how I was traveling. Very thoughtful, and kind staff. Bianca was extremely helpful and I am so grateful for her flexibility with my late arrival and early departure. The facilities and rooms are in excellent condition. Everything was very clean.

Convenient right in heart of Thredbo.

Unfortunately I was given a room which had a bathroom fan which was stuck on so it was quite noisy. Didnt get much sleep. Good location. Facilities. However lack of sleep did detract from overall experience.

Nice, cheap accommodation in Thredbo. Value for money especially during summer. Place was reasonably clean and decent facilities, for the price during summer you can't complain. I imagine winter might be bad when its packed out, as they only seem to have 1 male toilet and 2 showers for the share rooms. Also there is no air conditioner in the share room, can't complain considering the price.
