"Excellent place to stay. The bathroom and amenities were spot on. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Parking was a problem. We could not find a spot. We were told that folks flying out of the Seattle airport were taking up parking spaces. I would hope that there would be dedicated spaces and posted sighs to indicate a reserved status for Veterans. I was staying at this wonderful hotel complements of the Veterans Administration (VA) for medical appointments at the Seattle VA on 12 Apr 26. My understanding is that parking spaces are included in the reservations for veterans traveling a long way to make their medical appointments at the Seattle VA. Please look into reserving parking spaces for Veterans with VA hospital reservations. Thank you, Veronica Castro (605) 846-0373 "
